Grilled salmon

Salmon with grapefruit marinade should please not only fish fans. Ingredients for 6 servings:

700g salmon fillet with skin:

Grapefruit Marinade: 1 grapefruit, 2 tablespoons champagne or white wine vinegar, half teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon fennel seed, 4-5 tablespoons olive oil, 1 teaspoon oil

Rinse the fish fillets dry and cut into six strips. 2 tablespoons grapefruit juice and drizzle to stand for 10 minutes.
